Terms and Conditions

By signing up for a course with Aby Antochow at The Empowered Birth Circle, you are agreeing to the following:

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your place on your chosen course.
The balance of the course fee must be paid in full on or before the first session of the course. Course fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
Payment is made for the full course as advertised and not for individual sessions.
Flexible payment terms must be agreed upon in advance.

If a participant cancels prior to the start of the course, the £50 deposit is non-refundable.
If a participant cancels after one or more sessions have been completed, no refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that The Empowered Birth Circle cancels a course, every effort will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible or alternative dates cannot be agreed upon, a full refund of the total fee will be provided.
If an individual session is canceled by The Empowered Birth Circle, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, participants will receive a refund for any unused sessions. The refunded session fee will be calculated as the total fee (minus the £50 deposit) divided by the number of sessions in the course. No refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.
If an in-person course cannot proceed due to extreme weather, government guidelines, or similar circumstances, it will either be rescheduled or conducted via live video link.

For private one-to-one courses, participants must give 48 hours’ notice to change appointment dates or times. Failure to do so may result in liability for the session fee, calculated as the total fee (minus the £50 deposit) divided by the number of sessions in the course. Exceptions may apply under exceptional circumstances.

Participants understand that Hypnobirthing sessions are not intended to replace medical advice. Participants should consult their healthcare provider regarding any health-related or pregnancy-related concerns during pregnancy, labor, or birth.
The Empowered Birth Circle cannot be held responsible for decisions you make regarding your pregnancy and birth.
Any questions or doubts about Hypnobirthing should be discussed with your healthcare professionals.
Taking a Hypnobirthing course does not guarantee any specific birth outcome.
