I’m a fully accredited hypnobirthing specialist and the founder of The Empowered Birth Circle. I’m deeply passionate about helping expectant parents connect with their inner strength and embrace their unique birthing journey.

My mission is simple: to equip you with the tools and knowledge to approach birth feeling calm, in control, and ready to meet your baby with confidence. Whether you’re planning your first birth or looking for a more positive experience this time around, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

My own journey into hypnobirthing started when I discovered I had Type 1 diabetes during my first pregnancy. Yes, it was a big shock then! Determined to have a calm and unmedicated birth, I delved into the power of hypnobirthing and was amazed at how it transformed my experience. With my second pregnancy, I successfully managed an unmedicated birth by embracing these powerful techniques, and it solidified my passion for sharing this knowledge with other women. I know firsthand how demanding and relentless life with diabetes can be, especially during pregnancy.

Therefore I am committed to supporting women, especially those navigating diabetic pregnancies, to harness their inner strength and have a positive, empowering birth experience.
